Awesome Q&A. I wish more games studios had the same development process that IG have. Story and more importantly the way they dont spoon feed it to the player is IG’s strongest attribute imo, along with the world detail and player choice they bring to their games.

Not that the other game aspects are bad either, they aren’t, they’re right up there with best of the top tier studios. Its just that I find most every other dev studio very weak in comparison in the story telling department, i.e. in the way they actually go about telling their stories. They try far too hard to make them cinematic, like a film.
